The Path to College Begins with a Single Step in the Right Direction
Get Involved
KIPP STRIVE Academy is committed to opening a college preparatory school that targets low-income students who will be the first in their families to attend and graduate from college. Our school is proposed to open in July 2009 and offer the families of Atlanta a tuition-free, college preparatory choice. Opening a successful charter school that is committed and designed to produce the strongest academic outcomes is a huge effort that cannot be realized by one individual. It will take the dedication of many like-minded people bonded by the value of quality education and how it can and will change children’s lives. If you are interested in making this school a reality or know someone else who may be interested, join us in this effort.

Become a Volunteer or join the Advisory Council:
As a volunteer or advisor you can share your expertise and skills by completing many tasks critical to the success of the school.

Become a Community Partner:
KIPP STRIVE Academy needs strong partners looking to meet the educational needs of the community. You can provide services or develop a partnership with us that will benefit KIPP STRIVE Academy students and the greater community as a whole.

Donate:
Like all charter schools, KIPP STRIVE Academy will not charge tuition. Once chartered, we will be available to all families in the Atlanta Public School District through a public lottery and will be held to high academic standards demonstrated by strong student achievement. In order to offer high quality academic programming and fulfill our college preparatory mission, it is vital that we secure additional funds. We will use these funds to take every student to visit a college or university annually, provide enriching artistic and athletic opportunities for all of our students, and offer resources to families to support their child’s academic career and ensure their child’s academic success.
